The Still Corporation strives to provide exceptional customer service and the perfect shopping experience each and every order. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may place a request for return or exchange within 7 days of receipt of the item(s). Item(s) must be in new and unused condition with original packaging. Requests for returns or exchanges can be done by completing our Contact Form. Please include your order number in the message. Damaged item(s) must be reported within 3 days of receipt in order for refund.
Please note that items purchased through special promotion, sales, or clearance are final sales, and therefore not eligible for returns or exchange.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents of your order. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.
How will I be refunded?
Still will refund the cost of the returned merchandise as soon as we receive the delivery with the exception of a $3.00 return shipping label that will be deducted from the original purchase amount. We will create the shipping label for you and once the item is received, we will send an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are processed in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries for returns, exchanges or any delivery of any sort. We do not refund original shipping and handling charges for returned products
What is not covered under Still Returns & Exchanges Policy?
Still is not responsible for goods lost, stolen or damaged during the returns process. We recommend that you send it back using an insured courier. We highly recommend you make sure you are provided with a tracking number or delivery confirmation and keep this for your records and for our reference.
- If items are in less than perfect condition the items will be sent back at the customers expense or Still, at its sole discretion, may charge a restocking fee.
- Gift Items are non returnable and non refundable unless damaged which must be reported within 3 days.
- Original Shipping is not refundable.
- Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or with an online credit.
- Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the refund has been issued.
- We do not do exchanges, so if you’d like a different item please return item you do not want for a store credit and place another order on our website.
How do I return a package?
Send us a message via our Contact Form to request return processing. Please include your order number in the message. Please pack the items carefully so that they do not break or become damaged.

What do I do if my order is incomplete, incorrect or damaged?
Please send us a message via our Contact Form and include your order number. Our Customer Service Team hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 6:00 pm EST. Saturday and Sundays we are closed.
What happens if I refuse my package or if it's deemed undeliverable?
You will be charged the undeliverable fee charged to us by the mail courier.
If you choose not to have your order re-delivered we can refund you the cost of the items but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the courier will be deducted from the refund as well as a 20% restocking fee.
How do I know if my order has been placed?
Once you have completed your order, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address associated with your account.
